AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

At Coast Digital, we strive to provide exceptional service and clear communication with our clients. To ensure transparency and manage expectations, we have outlined our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and our service delivery process. Please review the following policies to understand how we handle various aspects of our service fulfillment.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Rendered: If a service was not performed or delivered as agreed upon, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a service provided, we will work with you to address the issue. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for services that have been substantially completed or where significant time and resources have been invested.

Delivery Policy

As a digital marketing agency, we deliver our services and deliverables electronically. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Creative Audits and Reports: Delivered via email or through our online platform within the agreed-upon timeline.
  • Consultations and Meetings: Conducted via video conferencing or phone calls at scheduled times.
  • Ongoing Services: Such as campaign management or creative tool access, provided continuously through our online systems or client advertising platforms.

We aim to meet all agreed-upon deadlines and will communicate promptly if any delays are anticipated.

Return Policy

Since we do not provide physical goods, the concept of returns does not apply to our services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the deliverables, please refer to our Refund Policy to address your concerns.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your service agreements. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • One-Time Services: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee.
  • Ongoing Services/Subscriptions: For ongoing services or subscriptions, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice after the initial 90 day onboarding. Any fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date will be due and payable.
